(Oral) The petitioner has approached this Court seeking issuance of a direction to respondents for taking action against private respondents on the basis of his application Annexure P-2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is resident of village Chack Kande Shah, Tehsil Guruharsahai, District Ferozepur, and that in the year 2012 the private respondents approached him and asked him for his Aadhar Card and also the Aadhar Card of his wife for the purpose of preparing Ration Cards for distributing food and essential items to persons Below Poverty Line. It is alleged that despite the petitioner having handed over to the necessary documents, he has not received any Ration Card or any food item till date from the private respondents. - 2 - CRM-M-35840-2021 (O&M) Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and without commenting anything as regards the averments made in the petition, this Court is of the opinion that the facts do not disclose commission of any offence, at this stage and it is a matter which is mainly to be looked into by the executive authorities. The petition, as such, is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.4-Deputy Commissioner, Ferozepur to look into the matter and to dispose of the representation Annexure P-3 as regards the grievance of the petitioner that he is not being issued any Ration Card or any food and essential items, being Below Poverty Line. A copy of this order along with copy of representation Annexure P-3 be sent to respondent No.4-Deputy Commissioner, Ferozepur, for necessary compliance.
