The prayer in the present writ petition is for directing the respondents to grant extension of service to the petitioner upto the age of 60 years having declared 48.33% permanent disabled by a Medical Board of PGIMS, Rohtak vide report dated 09.06.2016 (Annexure P-11). 2.

As is apparent from the interim order dated 29.06.2016, passed by this Court, service of the petitioner was directed to be extended till 29.07.2016 in terms of order dated 04.03.2015 passed in CWP-3919-2015 and continued till he attained the age of 60 years.

Learned State counsel, as had been recorded in the interim order dated 10.05.2017, had accepted that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered by the judgment of this Court in Hardev Kaur vs. State of Haryana and others (CWP-3919-2015) decided on 04.03.2015, Annexure P-13, against which LPA-732- 2017 was filed by the State, thus this matter was adjourned sine die on SATYAWAN 2024.08.08 09:06 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP-12809-2016 (O&M) 22.04.2019, to await the decision of the said LPA, which was subsequently disposed of on 30.10.2019 as having been rendered infructuous as the respondent therein was granted extension. However, the legal question raised therein was kept open to be considered in an appropriate case. 4.

The present petition stands disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order.
