(Oral) Petitioner No.1-Ramwati aged 23 years who is already married to respondent No.4-Sandeep and petitioner No.2-Sunil, aged 31 years (stated to be unmarried), have approached this Court seeking issuance of a direction to respondent Nos.1 to 3, to protect their lives and liberty as the petitioners who are living in a 'live-in relationship' apprehend threat to the same at the hands of respondents No.4 to 7, who do not approve of their relationship. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and while refraining from making any expression as regards the veracity of the averments made in the petition, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 i.e. Superintendent of Police, Hisar, to get representation dated 18.7.2022 (Annexure P-5) examined as regards the alleged threat MOHAN SINGH 2022.07.21 04:52 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
