Jaswant Singh,J(Oral) Petitioner is working on a Class-IV post as Water Carrier-cumSweeper. He has laid challenge to order dated 27.5.2016 (P-6) passed by the Deputy Secretary, Animal Husbandry-respondent no.3 whereby extension of service for one year after attaining the age of superannuation i.e. 30.6.2016 has been denied.

At the time of hearing counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition has become infructuous as necessary relief stands granted to the petitioner.

Dismissed as infructuous.
