4 3 9Learned counsel for the State has forwarded through e-mail the status report with regard to the threat perception as has been pointed out by the appellants as recorded in the order dated 27.08.2021 passed by this Court.
On the basis of the said status report, learned Additional Advocate General, Haryana, informs the Court that initially the missing report was filed by the father of appellant No. 1 and on coming to know of the fact that appellant No. 1 has married appellant No. 2, they have given statements to the effect that they have no objection to the marriage and they are not intending to pursue the said complaint and do not want to take any action against the appellants.
Counsel for the appellants, at this stage, has not joined the proceedings although initially, when the case was taken up for hearing, he had put in appearance. In the interest of justice, hearing of the appeal is
