**** AJAY KUMAR MITTAL, J. (Oral) Prayer made in the present writ petition is for issuance of writ of certiorari to quash auction notice dated 12.05.2016 (Annexure P-7) and all further proceedings/auction dated 14.06.2016 undertaken in pursuance to auction notice and the action of the respondent Bank, whereby, they are bent upon to auction the shop mortgaged with them. Further, direction is sought to the respondent Bank not to issue sale certificate to respondent No.4 or to any other for the shop in question.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioners to take recourse to the remedies before the Debts Recovery Tribunal.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to take recourse to the remedies as may be available to them, in accordance with law.
