On 14.05.2025, following order was passed:- "

A perusal of the case file reveals that petitioner No.1 - Parshotam Singh, is resident of State of Punjab, whereas, petitioner No.2 - Rubi Kumari, is resident of State of Bihar.

Counsel for the petitioners prays for some time to address arguments.

List again on 19.05.2025."

Thereafter, on 19.05.2025, following order was passed by this Court:- "i) Prayer in the instant petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is for issuance of direction to the official respondents to provide protection of lives and liberty to the petitioners, who have married against the wishes of the private respondents. ii) Let photographs of solemnization of marriage of petitioners be placed on record. It is made clear that petitioner would furnish photographs in the Registry within three days from today instead of moving separate application. Registry is directed to tag the same at appropriate place with the paper-book.

iii) List on 26.05.2025.
