***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J . (Oral) Today, at the very outset, learned State counsel has informed that the entire prosecution evidence stands recorded. In view of the aforestated position this Court does not deem it appropriate to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. The petition, as such, is dismissed.

However, the trial Court is directed to take all such necessary steps as may be possible under the present circumstances of spread of pandemic, for expeditious disposal of trial.
