**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J.(oral) Vide order dated 11.1.2017, while issuing notice of motion, Warrant Officer was appointed for releasing the alleged detenues as mentioned in para No.6 of the petition. As per report of the Warrant Officer, detenue Nos. 20, 24, 25, 26, 28 and 29 have already gone to their respective villages. The alleged detenues found on the spot showed their willingness not to work on the brick kiln. It was found that the alleged detenues were not guarded by any one at the time of visit of the Warrant Officer.

In view of aforesaid, no further order is required to be passed in this petition. The same is accordingly disposed of. 20.01.2017 anita (RAJ MOHAN SINGH) JUDGE
