This is a petition for anticipatory bail under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 in case bearing FIR No.126 dated 04.03.2025 under Sections 191(3), 190, 115, 117(2), 110, 351(2), 324(4) of BNS registered at Police Station Sector 32-33, Karnal, District Karnal.

Status report by way of an affidavit of Dy. Superintendent of Police, (HQ), Karnal on behalf of respondent-State has been filed and the same is taken on record.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition.
