Present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner under Sections 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for disobedience of order dated 30.09.2024 passed by this Court in CWP-25181-2024. 2.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.3 has pointed out that inadvertently an installment of ₹10,020/- was recovered from the pension of the petitioner from December 2024 to March 2025 total amounting to ₹40,080/-, which stood refunded on 02.05.2025 and further recovery w.e.f. April 2025 has been stopped. Learned counsel for respondent No.3 has further pointed out that despite the amount being refunded on 02.05.2025, the present contempt petition has been filed on 13.05.2025.
