He submits that Power of Attorney has already been filed before the Registry, which is taken on record. However, despite the case having been called twice, none has made appearance on behalf of the applicant. Even, on the last two consecutive dates, none was present on behalf of the applicant. Seemingly, the applicant is not interested to pursue with the transfer application. Hence, the present transfer application is hereby dismissed for want of prosecution.
