Jaswant Singh,J(Oral) Petitioner is a Lecturer in Economics employed in Senior Secondary School of Department of Education, Government of Punjab. It is not disputed that the Cadre of Lecturers is a State Cadre. She was substantively posted at Senior Secondary School, Jora Chatra, District Gurdaspur when she, on compassionate grounds, sought temporary posting at Senior Secondary School (Boys)Gurdaspur. She was accordingly temporarily deployed at the said School vide order dated 31.12.2015(P-1). Now by filing present writ petition under Article 226 petitioner has laid challenge to the order dated 19.6.2016(P-7) whereby she has been divested of the said temporary deployment and one Smt.Balwinderjitrespondent no.4 has been substantively posted at the said Boys School, Gurdaspur.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for permission to withdraw the present petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
