Present petition has been filed praying for quashing of impugned order dated 30.04.2025 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Safidon whereby the application for leading additional evidence filed by the petitioner has been dismissed. Further prayer has been made for staying the further proceedings before the learned trial Court during the pendency of the present criminal revision petition.

Prior to this petition, the petitioner approached this Court by way of filing CRR No.1266 of 2025 in which similar prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner was allowed vide order of even date. 3.

Accordingly, the present petition is rendered infructuous and the same is disposed of accordingly.
