Mr. Siddharth Sanwaria, learned DAG, Haryana, upon instructions from Surender Singh, BEO Rai, District Sonepat, apprises the Court that all the 22 petitioners herein have since been given admission in different schools under Rule 134-A of the Haryana School Education Rules 2003 (as amended in 2013).

Such assertion made on behalf of the State is not disputed by counsel for the petitioners.
