(Oral) The petition has been filed inter alia seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondent-Department to give benefits of stepping-up of pay to the petitioner at par with his junior employee-respondent no.3. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance raised herein is pending for appropriate decision before the respondents. At this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied in case respondent no.2 is directed to decide the pending representation, dated 25.09.2024, Annexure P-7, in a specified period. 3.

Notice of motion.

Mr. Harish Nain, Assistant Advocate General, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents/State and submits that the pending representation, dated 25.09.2024, will be decided by respondent no.2-Director of Elementary Education, by passing a speaking/reasoned order in accordance with law within a period of three months.
