In this public interest litigation the alleged public cause is that a particular land, which is earmarked in the Revenue record as graveyard, is not being allowed to be used by the members of the Muslim Community. 2.

Since the issue involves disputed questions of facts which are not to be gone into while exercising the writ jurisdiction, this Court declines the interference and extend liberty to the petitioners to avail alternative remedy as per law.
