Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, inter alia, for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari to quash the impugned order dated 19.06.2019 (P-7), whereby petitioner was transferred 6th time within a year from Nabha to Dhuri. Learned State Counsel, on instructions, apprised the Court that impugned transfer order, vide order dated 09.07.2019, has been cancelled. She produced a copy of the aforesaid order. Same is taken on record as 'Mark-X'. Copy thereof supplied to the counsel for petitioner. Registry to do the needful.

In view of the aforesaid order, learned counsel for petitioner does not press the present petition and prays for disposing off the same accordingly.

Disposed off.
