Prayer made in the present petition is to issue direction to respondent No.7- Municipal Corporation, Gurugram not to compel/ put undue pressure upon the petitioners on the basis of guidelines dated 26.04.2023 ( Annexure P-1) as the same are not issued by the competent authority.

A reply has been filed on behalf of respondents No. 1 to 6 by way of written statement through Deepak Gahlawat, Deputy Commissioner of Police Headquarters, Gurugram, wherein it has been averred that the communication dated 26.04.2023 has been withdrawn and are not being implemented in Police Commissionerate, Gurugram. The relevant extract of SATYAWAN 2023.11.17 10:28 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP-13266-2023 (O&M) 2023:PHHC:144541 the same reads thus :

"6.

That, later, when it came to notice to the answering respondent that these proposed guidelines had been circulated inadvertently to the Spa / Massage Centres / petitioners in Police Commissionerate, Gurugram, all the responsible officials were directed immediately not to circulate these proposed guidelines. Consequently, the same has been withdrawn and are not being implemented in Police Commissionate, Gurugram."

Since the directions had been issued by the Municipal Corporation, Gurugram in compliance to the guidelines dated 26.04.2023 (Annexure P-1) and the same having been withdrawn as per the written statement filed by the respondents, the present petition has been rendered infructuous.

Disposed of accordingly.
