******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned State counsel submits that police has conducted enquiry in this case in which petitioner was also associated. Her daughter, namely, Kanwaljeet Kaur @ Komal had married against her wishes with Harpal Singh and is presently living with him. The police has also recorded statement of Kanwaljeet Kaur @ Komal, wherein she has expressed her willingness to live with her in-laws, as such, there is no need to take any further action in the matter.

In view of submission of learned State counsel and report submitted by the police, which is supported by statements of Kanwaljeet Kaur @ Komal, Harpal Singh and Sawarn Singh and petitioner-Harjinder Kaur, I find no reason to keep this petition pending. Dismissed.
