HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J Writ petition bearing CWP No.19939 of 2019 filed by the petitioner was disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 that in case any representation is filed seeking protection of life and liberty, requisite steps for grant of protection to life and liberty of the petitioners would be taken.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Gurdev Singh, submits that after passing of the order, statements of the petitioners were recorded, wherein they have stated that they no longer apprehend any danger to their lives.

In view thereof, present petition is disposed of as having become infructuous.
