Learned State counsel submits that the police has verified the mobile details of Umesh and his mobile location. Whereabouts of Sushmita, daughter of petitioner, have not been located so far and police has registered FIR No. 22 dated 13.01.2017 at Police Station Bahin for offences punishable under Sections 363 and 366-A IPC. A Special Investigating Team has also been constituted to investigate this case and before any report is made by the SIT, petitioner will be informed and associated. Learned counsel for petitioner also feels satisfied by action being taken by police and does not wish to keep this petition pending. In view of submissions of learned State counsel and taking note of attempts made by the police to locate the daughter of petitioner and that SIT has been constituted in this case, I find no reason to keep this petition pending. SIT will keep on investigating the matter to locate whereabouts of Jitender Kumar 2017.11.03 10:21 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document CHANDIGARH

CRWP No. 313 of 2017 -2Sushmita, daughter of petitioner and inform the petitioner about any development or lead, if found. In case SIT has to file any report in Court regarding FIR registered in this case, petitioner will be given intimation in that regard.
