This is a Civil Writ Petition filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing of impugned order dated 03.02.2026 (Annexure P-1) passed by the RERA, Panchkula in Complaint No.181 of 2021 and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that since against the order dated 03.02.2026, an appeal is maintainable before the Appellate Tribunal thus, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file the said appeal along with application for exemption from making pre-deposit under Section 43(5) of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016. In view of the above, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
