AMIT RAWAL J. (ORAL) The instant writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents to adjust/appoint the petitioner against the regular sanctioned posts as per the seniority list of part time employees released by the District Education Officer, Sonepat. Vide order dated 8.12.2011, notice of motion was issued. Respondents appeared and filed written statement. The relevant paragraph of the written statement is extracted herein below:- "That the case of petitioner is under consideration of the answering respondent and when the turn of the petitioner will come as per the district level common seniority list SAVITA DEVI KADIAN 2015.03.17 10:56 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document High Court Chandigarh

CWP No.22741 of 2011 (O&M) and regular sanctioned post will be available, the claim of the petitioner will be considered for regularization her services.

Thus, no cause of action has been raised in the favour of petitioner and no legal right of the petitioner has been infringed by the respondents, which could entitle her approach in this Hon'ble High Court by way of filing the present writ petition.

Therefore, the present writ petition is liable to be dismissed in the interest of justice."

In view of the aforesaid stand taken by the respondents in the written statement, present writ petition is disposed of, as the case of the petitioner is still under consideration as per the reply filed, she would be considered as and when regular sanctioned post would be available.

In view of the stand taken by respondent No.4 nothing survives in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
