The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for quashing of FIR No.29 dated 26.02.2020 registered under Sections 498-A, 323, 325, 377, 406, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Ballabhgarh Women Police Station, District Faridabad.

Learned State counsel on instructions from SI Kallu Singh states that the present petition has since been rendered infructuous inasmuch as the cancellation report in the present case has been accepted by the Court. 3.
