        Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.79 dated 28.04.2021, registered at Police Station Bhuna, District Fatehabad, under Sections 148, 149, 323 and 302 IPC. Vide order dated 01.10.2021 passed by a Coordinate Bench, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join investigation.
