Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the house of petitioner was raided by the police party of Police Station Hansi District Hisar on 23.05.2019. His family members were manhandled, abused and harassed. They also took some articles from the house of petitioner. A representation (Annexure P-1) to this effect was made to Superintendent of Police, Hansi but no action was taken thereon. Without expressing any opinion on merits of allegations levelled in representation (Annexure P-1), this petition is disposed of with direction to Superintendent of Police, Hansi to look into the allegations in representation Annexure P-1, verify the veracity of the same and then pass appropriate orders on it in accordance with law. However, it is made clear that the above order will have no effect on any civil, criminal or other proceedings initiated/pending against petitioner or his family members, in accordance with law.
