SANDHAWALIA, J.(Oral) CM No.14235-CWP of 2024 This is an application filed on behalf of the applicantpetitioner for placing on record the copies of eviction order dated 28.08.2019 (Annexure P-7), order dated 21.10.2020 (Annexure P-8) and the order dated 17.08.2022 (Annexure P-9) in compliance of the order dated 05.06.2024.
The application is allowed and the above-said documents are taken on record.

CWP No.14242 of 2024 (O&M) -2a direction to official respondent No.3 to decide the execution petition dated 20.12.2022 (Annexure P-1) which is based on the strength of eviction order passed on 10.02.2021 (Annexure P-6) and upheld in appeal on 17.08.2022 (Annexure P-9) against the private respondents. 2.
Counsel for the State had been asked to seek instructions regarding the stage of execution proceedings vide order dated 11.07.2024. Mr. Mago has, now, informed us that the execution proceedings are pending before the competent Authority and this fact has further been confirmed by the counsel for respondent No.7-Gram Panchayat. It is further submitted that the warrant of possession has also been issued on 20.12.2022 (Annexure P-2).

Keeping in view the above, we dispose of the present writ petition with the hope that the execution proceedings shall be completed within a period of 02 months from today.

Needless to say that we have not commented upon the merits of the case and if the private respondents have any right to contest, it is open to the competent Authority to consider the same in accordance with law since we have not issued notice to the private respondents.
