The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking quashing of order dated 11.03.2015 (Annexure P-6) whereby claim of the petitioner has been rejected. 2.

On being confronted with the fact that petitioner has already filed an appeal against the impugned order, learned counsel for the petitioner confines his prayer to direct the appellate authority to decided his appeal in a time bound manner.

Mr. Gaurav Goel, Advocate, who is present in Court accepts notice on behalf of respondents No. 3 and 4, and submits that appellate authority would decide appeal of the petitioner within six weeks from today.
