This is a writ petition with a prayer that official respondents be directed to implement the order qua demarcatoin of the land measuring 34 kanal 13 marlas in possession of Gurudwara Prabandhak Committee, Vanchari, Tehsil and District Amritsar.

Although, no reply has bee filed, Mr. Dhuriwala makes a statement on instructions from Mr. Gurwaryam Singh, Tehsildar, Amritsar-II that the demarcation has since been carried out on 5.8.2016 in accordance with the prayer made by the petitioner in the writ petition.
