**** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Petitioner has sought a direction to the respondent to award compensation to the tune of Rs.20 lacs alongwith interest @18% per annum from the date of accrual of claim till its realization in favour of petitioner No.1.
Factual background of the case is that on 05.11.2012 at about 11.00 p.m., deceased Om Parkash was going to his village Chuchhakwas on his vehicle bearing No.HR-61-B-1408. When he reached near Jakhar Boxing Academy, a blue bull came on the road and hit the vehicle. As a result, vehicle swerved towards the trees. Om Parkash fell out of the vehicle and suffered injuries. He later succumbed to the same in PGI Trauma Centre, Rohtak. Petitioners have claimed compensation from the State due to this incident.

At the outset, learned State counsel submits that in view of Policy, a sum of Rs.1.00 lac has already been released in favour of the petitioners. Petitioner, however, claims compensation of Rs.20 lacs. In view of the fact that certain issues may need adjudication on the basis of evidence, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to avail appropriate remedy.
