As agreed by the learned counsel for the appellants, learned counsel and representative of the respondent-Insurance Company, a sum of Rs.6,00,000/- (rupees six lakh only) over and above the amount awarded by the Tribunal is allowed to the appellants in full and final settlement of the claim in this appeal. Learned counsel for the appellants states that he has got the consent of all the appellants that the enhanced amount be only disbursed to appellant No.1-Amar Devi.

Accordingly, we dispose off this case with a direction to the Insurance Company to deposit a sum of Rs.6,00,000/- (rupees six lakh only) by way of RTGS in the bank account of appellant No.1. The details of the savings bank account shall be provided by the learned counsel for the appellants to the learned counsel for the Insurance Company within seven days from today, failing which a crossed-cheque for the said amount in the name of appellant No.1 be deposited with the office of the Lok Adalat of the High Court within four weeks from today, failing which, interest @ 9% per annum shall follow on this amount till payment from the date of this order.
