CWP No.17272 of 2019 Petitioner has filed the instant writ petition assailing his transfer from Abohar to Sri Mukatsar Sahib while serving on the post of JE/Elect.

As per the statement made by the counsel for the petitioner, writ petition is dismissed as not pressed.

Needless to observe that the interim order dated 01.07.2019 passed by this Court while issuing notice of motion would also cease to operate.
