**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J.(Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C., in case bearing FIR No.91 dated 24.09.2016 registered under Sections 406/420 IPC and Section 24 of the Immigration Act at P.S. Lohian, District Jalandhar.

As per report dated 09.01.2020 submitted by the Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Nakodar, the petitioner has already been declared as a proclaimed person vide order dated 17.01.2019.

Faced with the situation, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
