Petitioner - United Riceland Ltd. (now known as 'TRL Riceland Pvt. Ltd.'), the Company Secretary-cum-Senior Manager (Merger) had submitted before this Court about his willingness to deposit the rural development fund, as was being demanded vide impugned notice/order dated 20th December, 2004 and order dated 31st January, 2005. The respondents have agreed to accept the said amount without any further additions.

Keeping in view the above, we dispose of this writ petition with observation that the petitioner may deposit the said rural development fund, as demanded vide impugned notice/order dated 20th December, 2004 and order dated 31st January, 2005. If the same is deposited within a period of JAWALA RAM 2024.08.09 13:41 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

CWP-2945-2005 - 2 - two months henceforth, the respondents - Haryana State Agricultural Marketing Board, Karnal and the Market Committee, Nilokheri (Karnal), shall accept the same without any further additions, as consented before this Court.
