******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail the other legal remedies available to the petitioner.
Learned counsel for private respondents submits that the petitioner had a meeting with the children on 02.10.2017 and he has no objection if the petitioner comes at the house of Davinder Singh to meet the children on first Sunday of every month between 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. by giving prior intimation. The private respondents will facilitate the meeting. This order is however valid till the parties approach the Guardian Judge or avail any other legal remedy for custody of child. The Court in those proceeding will pass fresh order in this regard without being influenced by any observation in this order. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
