The present appeal has been preferred by the claimant-appellant challenging the impugned award dated 04.06.2008 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Bhiwani whereby the claim petition was dismissed due to absence of any evidence qua the treatment and the injuries received by the claimant-appellant.

Learned counsel for the claimant-appellant has candidly admitted that there is no evidence on the record regarding his treatment as also regarding the amount spent on the treatment. In the absence of any evidence, no fault can be found with the impugned award passed by the Tribunal. The present appeal being devoid of any merit is accordingly dismissed.
