Learned State counsel refers to the preliminary submissions of the reply dated 22.01.2015 filed by way of affidavit of Assistant Director (Estt.) on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 3, wherein it has been stated that petitioner was initially appointed as Shashtri Teacher on ad hoc basis in the school and his services were regularised by the Department of Education and posted against C & V cadre post governed by Punjab School Education Class-III (School Cadre) Service Rules, 1978, he having acquired P.hd in the year, 1992, alone was not entitled him the benefit of lecturer of college cadre, to which no replication has MOHIT 2025.07.14 17:09 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
