***** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Petitioner seeks pre-mature release on the ground that he has completed the requisite period of imprisonment as required by the Rules. It is inter alia contended that the custody period of the petitioner while in Saharanpur Jail is not being taken into consideration by the concerned authority.

Learned State counsel, at the outset, submits that the matter shall be reconsidered by respondent No.2 and fresh order shall be passed within 06 weeks from today.

In view of above, no further direction is necessary. Petition is hereby dismissed.
