S.J. VAZIFDAR, A.C.J. (Oral) We are informed that the matter is similar to the case of CWP No. 8774 of 2015, M/s. 21st Century Builders & Engineers vs. Union of India and another, which was disposed of by our order and judgment dated 29.07.2015.

For the reasons stated therein, this petition is also allowed. in the same terms. The impugned adjudication order (Annexure P-4) is quashed and set aside. The show cause notice shall be decided afresh. The reply to the show cause notice has already been filed. The petitioner shall attend the office of the adjudicating authority at 11.00 a.m. on 11.08.2015 in the first instance and thereafter, as directed by the adjudicating authority.
