Mr. Amrindra Pratap Singh, Advocate for petitioner. **** / / , Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for extension of permission period to visit France, granted to petitioner by the learned Trial Court vide order dated 28.05.2020 (P10) for a further period of 4 months, in order to enable the petitioner to get his temporary residency card/permit renewed, which necessitates his personal appearance before competent authorities in the Ministry of the Interior, French Republic, as the procedural work has been delayed in France, owing to Corona Virus Pandemic.

At the outset, it has been pointed out by learned counsel for petitioner that present petition has been rendered infructuous. Ordered accordingly.
