***** ARCHANA PURI, J. (Oral) CMM-68-2023 At this stage, learned counsel for the applicant-respondents submits that in pursuance of the compromise already effected between the parties, she does not want to pursue with the instant application, which may be dismissed as withdrawn.

Ordered accordingly.

CM-20825-CII-2023 AND CR-3619-2023 Compromise is stated to have been effected between the parties and both petitioner and respondent have decided to part ways. Copy of written compromise, so entered between the parties has been placed on record, as Annexure P-10.

In the given circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to pursue with the instant revision petition, which may be dismissed as withdrawn.

In view of the submission, so made, by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present revision petition is hereby dismissed as withdrawn, being compromised.
