Perusal of case file shows that the present petition is of the year 2018 and notice has not yet been issued in the matter. 2.

Perusal of order sheets reveals that on 11.03.2019, the matter was adjourned at the request for learned counsel for petitioner. Thereafter, on 27.04.2022 there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. On 15.09.2022, learned counsel for the petitioner sought time to file Vakalatnama in the Registry. Then, on the last date of hearing i.e. 01.09.2023, learned proxy counsel appearing for the petitioner sought an adjournment on the ground that the arguing counsel is in personal difficulty.

Even today, no one appears on behalf of the petitioner. It seems that neither the petitioner nor his counsel is interested in further pursing the present matter. Present petition accordingly stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
