The present petition has been filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.0057 dated 31.03.2022 under Sections 323, 328, 376, 379-B and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Sections 328, 376, 379-B were deleted and Sections 147, 354 and 149 IPC and Section 67-A of the Information Technology Act, 2000 were added later on) registered at Police Station Bahalgarh, District Sonepat.

On 08.06.2023 the following order was passed : "Learned counsel for the petitioners inter alia submits that the petitioners were implicated on the basis of disclosure made by Seema wife of Ravinder and are not involved in any other case besides the fact that custodial interrogation is not required.

In the meanwhile, petitioners will join investigation before the Investigating Officer as and when called. In the event of their arrest, the Arresting Officer would admit them to interim bail, till the next date of hearing, on their furnishing adequate bail and surety bonds to their satisfaction. The petitioners are also directed to abide by all the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973."

Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners have since joined the investigation and fully cooperated. 4.

Learned counsel for the State on instructions from Inspector Devinder Kumar has stated that the petitioners have since joined investigation and fully cooperated and are no longer required for further custodial interrogation as of now.

In view of the above, the order dated 08.06.2023 is made absolute. The petitioners shall, however, join investigation as and when called. The petitioners shall also abide by all the terms and conditions as specified under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. 6.

Disposed off accordingly. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
