The present petition has been filed by the petitioners under Section 438 Cr.P.C for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.297 dated 02.06.2019 registered under Sections 148, 149, 186, 332, 353 and 307 IPC at Police Station Ambala Cantt. District Ambala. Counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim direction granted vide order dated 25.06.2019, the petitioners have joined the investigation.

Learned counsel appearing for the State of Punjab, has not disputed the fact regarding petitioners' joining the investigation. In view of the above, the interim order dated 25.06.2019 is made absolute.
