(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.138 dated 19.08.2015 registered under Sections 337, 427 IPC and lateron added Section 307/34 IPC at Police Station Sadar Dhuri. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Tarsem Singh, submits that in pursuance to order dated 09.09.2021 petitioners appeared before the trial Court and have been released on interim bail. In view of the above facts, but without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 09.09.2021 passed by this Court is made absolute.
