Prayer in the present petition, filed under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023, is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in a case FIR No.38 dated 23.04.2025, registered under Sections 380, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of IPC, at Police Station Punjab Agriculture University (PAU), District Police Commissionerate Ludhiana.

Vide order dated 31.07.2025, while granting interim protection, the petitioners were directed to join investigation. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that pursuant to order dated 31.07.2025, petitioners have joined the investigation and as such their interim bail may be made absolute.
