RAMENDRA JAIN, (ORAL) The alleged detenue Harpreet Kaur daughter of Shri Sikandar Singh along with her parents is present in court and has stated that she has not been illegally detained by anyone. She is living with respondent nos.3 and 4, who are her parents, with her own free will and consent. In view of the above factual aspect of the case disclosed by the alleged detenue herself, this petition is dismissed, being devoid of any merit.
