ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) Status Report by way of affidavit of Sulakhan Singh, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub-Division Valtoha Camp at Bhikhiwind, District Tarn Taran on behalf of the respondent filed in the Court is taken on record.

As per the affidavit, the husband of the petitioner namely Gurbhej Singh @ Bheja was arrested on 26.03.2017 in FIR No.63 dated 23.11.2016 registered under Sections 21/29/61/85 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act and 25/54/59 of the Arms Act at Police Station Valtoha, District Tarn Taran. In view of the above, no further action is required in the present case.

Dismissed.
