(Oral) The alleged detenue Fatima Khatoon, who has been identified by ASI Nirmal Singh, has been produced by respondent nos. 4 and 5. The girl has made statement that she is 24 years and has passed 10th class and has come from Ram Darbar where she is residing with her parents. She categorically denied having any relations whatsoever with the petitioner and has shown her inclination to accompany with her mother and father, present in the Court.

Faced with this situation, counsel for the petitioner has made statement withdrawing the present petition. However, reserving the rights of Dalbir Singh Tiwana 2017.05.01 11:26 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh.
